What should I do if I need to return my order?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or our service, for any reason, contact us and we will collect any item free of charge and give you a full and immediate refund – that’s part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Can I include a personalised gift message in my order?

For any special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas you can include a personalised message with your gift. When you select the gift-packaging option you’ll be given the option to write a personalised message to the lucky recipient.

Can I amend an order I have already made?

You can add to or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us via telephone to allow us to assist you speedily.

Do you operate online only?

We supply online and from the Horgan’s Warehouse in Cork. All products can be delivered anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
