Horgan’s are absolutely thrilled to have won a Gold Award at the Blas na hÉireann 2015 Food Awards in Dingle for our Authentic New York Style Pastrami. Horgans have developed and perfected this product recipe, taking inspiration from famous New York Delis and using the best quality Irish beef.

Firstly, the process involves slowly curing the brisket of beef in brine. The beef is then carefully covered in a blend of secret spices and steam cooked for succulence.
Finally, the beef is gently smoked over wood chips for added flavour.
