Method
Select a food-safe platter or wood serving board that is flat and large enough to hold the cheeses, meats and additional items. Allow cheese to sit out before serving so they are at room temperature for optimal flavour.
Arrange the olives, crackers, ham, cheeses, antipasti and meats in a visually appealing manner.
The board can be finished by filling in spaces with grapes, figs or sprigs of rosemary, and serve with good quality bread.
