Michael Horgan has been honoured with an appreciation award from CÁIS (The Association of Irish Farmhouse Cheesemakers) in recognition of his enormous contribution to the Irish Farmhouse Cheese sector. The presentation to Michael took place at the annual CÁIS Irish Cheese Awards 2021, which was held at Kilruddery House, Co. Wicklow.
