Horgan’s Spiced Beef derives from a family recipe dating back to 1921, using the highest quality ingredients. Our silverside of beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days prior to being lightly salted and marinated in a secret blend of spices. It is then cooked with a coating of herbs and spices giving an aromatic spicy flavour which is tantalising to the taste buds.
